Our Tier 1 pricing is our most cost effective pricing and covers flat, surface mounted railings (deck railings). We offer a few different railing styles inside of Tier 1 pricing and you can customize your railing inside these parameters for a quick and simple design phase and straightforward quotes.

Our Tier 2 pricing is our second most cost effective pricing and covers stair runs, and face mounted railings. We offer a few different railing styles inside of Tier 1/Tier 2 pricing and you can customize your railing inside these parameters for a quick and simple design phase and straightforward quotes.

Tier 3 pricing allows our customers further customization options. We include simple glass railing options, as well as additional material options inside of Tier 3 pricing.

Custom pricing means working with Heatwave Design directly to create a fully unique railing that falls outside of our other pricing options. An example of this style of railing would be something with unique infill members or different materials outside of what we normally use. For custom pricing, please reach out to us and we will work with you directly. We can provide a price per foot range upon request with additional information.
